Question 1

How does StencilHold protect tattoo artists from unpaid slots and no-shows?

Accepted Answer

The artist creates a slot with a deposit amount and a cutoff time and sends one link (/b/<id>) to the client. When the client submits their design brief and records the deposit before the cutoff, StencilHold holds the slot; if unpaid at the cutoff, the slot is automatically released.

Question 2

How much does StencilHold cost?

Accepted Answer

StencilHold is £15 per artist per month ($19/mo) for a solo tattoo artist or private studio.

This slot is free.
